soulfulness is my practice of return

i created this series because it reflects a practice i continue returning to in my own life. for as long as i can remember, i have been fascinated by the deeper meaning of things.

that fascination eventually became a way of relating to the world - one approached with endless curiosity, a fascination with symbolism and the belief that our experiences often hold far more depth than we first realize.

over time, that practice became the foundation for the art of soulfulness and eventually inspired the creation of the golden wildlife oracle.

my hope is that these five days offer you something increasingly rare: space.

space to notice.
space to reflect.
space to hear yourself a little more clearly.

space which you will continuously commit to creating, for yourself.

what if writing doesn't come naturally to me?

this series was designed to gently introduce you to the practice through thoughtful essays and open-ended writing invitations. there are no right or wrong answers - only an opportunity to become more curious about your own experience. the struggle might be an important part of your personal exploration.

how much time should i set aside each day?

each email can be read in just a few minutes, followed by a guided writing invitation. 10-15 minutes might be enough, although you are welcome to give yourself as much space as the experience invites you to take.

when does this series start?

your first reflection will arrive as soon as you join the series. each subsequent email will be delivered 24 hours apart, creating a gentle rhythm that allows space for reflection between each day's practice.

what if i miss a day?

that's ok. pause as needed, return when you can. the pace is yours to set.
