Shipping policy

run by an industrious pair of hands (and an overflowing heart), i prepare each parcel with care. kindly bear in mind that these policies exist to support clarity, fairness and flow - thank you for reviewing them before placing your order and respecting the boundaries that allow what i offer to thrive.

order changes

i begin preparing your parcel shortly after your order is placed, which means i may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations. if you need to update your order details, please email me as soon as possible - i will do my best to help if your parcel hasn’t yet been packed or shipped.

processing time

please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. parcels are packed during the pockets of time when life (and toddler) allow.

all parcels are shipped from my home studio in toronto, canada.

where we ship

i currently ship within canada and the u.s. if your country isn’t listed at checkout, please reach out and i will see what’s possible.

local pickup

at this time, i do not offer local pickup.

shipping costs

shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your parcel, using real-time rates from select delivery providers.

tracking information

once your parcel ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.

sending a gift

if you are sending a parcel as a gift, please ensure the recipient's address is correctly entered at checkout. you will have the option to include a gift message - no prices are included in the package.

estimated delivery times

canadian orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days. international orders may take 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to postal service disruptions or holidays.

customs, duties & import fees

for u.s. orders, customs, duties, taxes and brokerage fees are included within the price of each artifact, if applicable.

incorrect shipping address

please double check your shipping address before placing your order. i am not responsible for parcels delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout. if your parcel is returned to me, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.

postal delays

once your order is shipped, it is in the care of the postal service. while i am not responsible for delays caused by carriers, i understand how frustrating it can be and will do my best to support you. if your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please first check your tracking information for updates. if the delay persists or there is no movement for a prolonged period of time, you are welcome to email me and i will see if there's any way that i can help. 

missed deliveries

if your parcel is returned to me due to multiple failed delivery attempts, or if it was unclaimed from the post office, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it resent.

i will contact you once the parcel is back in my hands to arrange redelivery. 

lost orders

i am not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit. if your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe or your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. i do not offer free replacements or refunds for lost parcels.

defective & damaged items

i carefully inspect each artifact before it leaves my hands and package every order with care. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged in transit or has a defect, such as a misprint or an incomplete order, please email me within 48 hours of delivery.

kindly include photos of the parcel, the artifact, your order number and a brief description of the issue. while i am not responsible for damage caused by the postal service, i will review your message and advise accordingly on a case-by-case basis.
